We would like to update you about the Community Capability and Resilience Fund. This is available to provide support and assistance for community groups working with priority populations as they rebuild and recover from the impacts of COVID-19.
Who can apply?
The Community Capability and Resilience Fund is for community groups that come from a cross-section of their local community for example: ethnic community groups, faith based, religious and church groups, community access radios, local marae, multicultural councils etc.
The Community Capability and Resilience Fund will be targeted towards initiatives that support priority groups, which include Māori, Pacific, ethnic migrant communities, and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) groups.
When to apply:
Funding for the Community Capability and Resilience Fund will be available in waves, the first wave is now open from 1 August 2020 to 1 September 2020. The second wave will open in November 2020.
To apply you will need to complete an application form – this is available on-line on our website:
